Valve testing benches
The EFCO valve test bench range comprises, amongst other things, portable and stationary testing technology.
Test specimens of various sizes and designs can be checked, mainly for strength, leakage and function, using their testing technology. national and international standards are used for this purpose.
Their range comprises manual and automatic test equipment with horizontal or vertical clamping of the test specimen.

Vertical benches
Robust construction with mainly hydraulic clamping of the test specimen in vertical flow direction. Mainly manual testing.
For testing safety valves, shut-off and control valves DN 10 (3 / 8 ") - DN 500 (20") with water / air / nitrogen.

Horizontal benches

Automatic benches
EFCO offers a broad automation range. From manual starting of individual tests without evaluation of results to the automatic sequencing of several different tests with automatic checking and display of results.

Special designs
EFCO is basing these on all imaginable tasks, mainly for often highly specialised customer requirements. (Special requirements may be, for example: special valves, special tests, simultaneous clamping and testing of several valves, etc.).
Thus, EFCO special test benches can be used to check pump, motor and many other housings as well as socket ends, in addition to valves.

Container testing
For pressurisation and pressure testing of containers already pre-filled with water (standard test pressure up to 400 bar / approx. 5800 psi)
High pressure compressors
For the generation of high pressure or the compression of air or nitrogen and storage in the integrated pressurised bottle at up to 350 bar (approx. 5075 psi)..

The booster / high-pressure compressor is required to supply the test bench with the high-pressure air/nitrogen required for testing. |
Test documentation
The print-out of the test certificate on completion of a successful test is requested more and more often for safety valve tests (but also for the tests of shut-off and control valves).

Every test carried out can be documented by the EFCO VALVE-DOC and the data entered and measured can be stored and managed for long periods. |
Accessories and Options
All base models of EFCO test benches are equipped for the test in accordance with the customer requirements. However, they supply a broad range of accessories and options which improve the capabilities of the EFCO test bench and/or simplify work with the EFCO test bench.
