Grinding, lapping and turning on your site
The stationary EFCO machines are designed for grinding, lapping and turning in your workshop. These machines have been developed specially for the machining of valves based on ergonomic and economic principles. The design placed emphasis on fast set-up and simple operation.
Stationary grinding and lapping machines for valves, safety valves, gate valves, non-return valves and gates (SM)
Stationary grinding and lapping machines for the repair of sealing faces in valves and gates. These machines are characterised in particular by their stable and robust design, compact machine concept, very high table load and modular concept. A second table can be retrofitted at any time.
Work range: DN 8 – 500 mm (¼“– 20“) Power supplay: electric 230/110 V 400V, 50/60 Hz
Stationary surface lapping machine for face seals, valve seats, gates etc. (FLM)
EFCO surface lapping machines are excellent for lapping individual or series components.
Work range: Workpiece diameter 20 – 600 mm (3/4“– 24“) Power supplay: electric 230/110 V 400V, 50/60 Hz
Stationary grinding machines for valve and machine components (KS)
These stationary grinding machines can be used on site or in the workshop. They are suitable for face grinding gates, valve seats and other machine components. The aluminium grinding plate is fitted with self-adhesive abrasive disks.
Work range: Table diameter 600 mm (24“) Power supplay: electric 230 V, 50/60 Hz
Stationary precision turning machine (SPM)
Stationary precision turning machines, CNC-controlled. The optimum solution for complete machining of valves, for general overhaul and also for use in production. The machines of this range have precision inclined tables (±12°, accuracy ±10“) and have been optimised for more efficient machining of valves.
Work range: Ø1000 mm (Ø 40“) Working height: 1300 mm (51,2“) Power supply: electric 400V, 50Hz
