The basic Posired program has five different design versions of gearboxes:
helical and bevel-helical gear reducers
These gear boxes are constructed in a modular design; in the desing of a single cast housing, versions with parralel shafts or reducers with angular shafts are possible. All gears are made of high quality alloy steel, hardened and grined, and in angular version - paloid teeth lapped after hardening. Output shafts can be splined hollow or solid - with key, shrink disc, as flanged shaft. Standard accessories: brackets for electric motors, flexible couplings, vents, torque levers, heat exchangers for oil cooling, etc. For torques T2N=1.000 to 800.000Nm; gear ratios iN=1,25 to 710 P= to 4.400kW
helical gear units with extended centre distance
These gearboxes are designed fro cranes and lifts, for cases where the rope drums and the electric motor are in the same shaft. Complete versions with clutches, brakes and attached construction are also available. The constructions are for torques T2N=8.800 to 500.000Nm and for gear ratios iN=12,5 to 500.
universal and compact right angle gear motor
Motor angle reducers intended as actuators for heavy machinery (eg. lifts, cranes). They are available in six housing sizes wit the option of a built-in torrque limiter. For torques T2N=3.000 to 25.000Nm, power to PN= 173kW and gear ratios iN=18 to 112.
bevel-helical gear units with two output shafts
These gear units are designed for pinion stand plants, straiteners, profile roller mills, duble shaft kneaders, calender drives, roller moulding machines, double screen head extruders. For torques T2N=1.000 to 110.000Nm, gear ratios from 5 to 140 amd distance between shafts from 122 to 656mm.
