Signalling units

It often happens that the construction explosion protection products have to be equiped with at least signaling. Signaling is needed to warn in the event of explosion, to control warehousing, transport and production processes, to trigger devices in the event of an explosion, etc..
All versions operate on the closed-circuit current principle. For the first installation the SK is used, BIRD, HOT-BIRD and RSK can be used for subsequent installation.

Insulation

By insulating the explosion vents we prevent the temperature on the process side of the explosion vent from falling below the dew point temperature. Rembe explosion vents are equipped only with weather-resistant insulation. The insulation is light, well attached to the vent and does not affect the opening of the vent. The insulation is resistant up to +800°C.

Gaskets

The standard gasket is Klingersil. For the food industry, FDA gaskets are avilable: silicon, EPDM, etc..
