ODV rupture discs

ODV rupture discs are used to protect process equipment from overpressure. ODV rupture discs are three-layer versions and are vacuum resistant. They can be installed between standard flanges or in built-in units.

Main advantages of ODV rupture discs:

• Rupture discs can be loaded up to 80% bursting pressure.
• High corrosion resistance.
• Useful for gases, steams and liquids.
• The braking pressure does not depend on the tightening torque.
• The break does not cause fragmentation of the rupture disc.
