ELASTIC COUPLINGS - TSCHAN S

Couplings are designed for pressure loads (elastic ring) during dynamic torque changes. They are built for torques from 0,6 to 40.000Nm and rotation speeds from 1.500 to 19.000 rpm. The material of the hub is made of double-sided forged steel; the material of the elastic part of the couplings can be made of different materials: Pb70, Pb82, VkR, Vk60D, VkB.

• This type of coupling is suitable for temperature range between –50 and + 120°C

ELASTIC COUPLINGS – TSCHAN B

Couplings are designed for pressure loads (elastic ring) during dynamic torque changes. They are built for torques from 2.500 to 550.000Nm and rotation speeds from 1.800 to 7.600 rpm. The material of the hub is made of double-sided forged steel; the material of the elastic part of the couplings can be made of different materials: Pb82 and VkR.

ELASTIC COUPLINGS - TSCHAN NOR-MEX

Couplings are designed for pressure loads (elastic ring) during dynamic torque changes. They are built for torques from 13 to 97.500Nm and rotation speeds from 1.200 to 12.500 rpm. The material of the hub is made of double-sided forged steel; the material of the elastic part of the couplings can be made of different materials: Pb72, Pb82 and VPR.

• This type of coupling is suitable for temperature range between –40 and + 120°C

ELASTIC COUPLINGS - TSCHAN ROLLASTIK

Couplings are designed for roller loads of the elastomer along the axis of the coupling. They are built for torques from 40 to 8.000Nm and rotation speeds of 1.400 to 9.100 rpm. The material of the hub is made of double-sided forged steel; the material of the elastic part of the couplings can be made of different materials: VK.

• This type of coupling is suitable for temperature range between –20 to + 80°C

ELASTIC COUPLINGS - TSCHAN TORRMAX TORRMAX VS:

The couplings are designed for torsional loads of the elastic part of the coupling. They are built for torques from 7500 to 2.300Nm and rotational speeds from 3.000 to 3.600 rpm. The material of the elastic part of the coupling is made of differently rigid elastomers, depending on the individual load case used.

• Geometric dimensions are according to SAE- connection 10-14.

ELASTIC COUPLING - TSCHAN TORRMAX DS:

The couplings are designed for torsional loads of the elastic part of the coupling. They are built for torques from 570 to 3.200Nm and rotational speeds from 2.700 to 4.000 rpm. The material of the elastic part of the coupling is made of differently rubber materials, depending on the individual load case used.

• Geometric dimensions are according to SAE- connection 10-14.

STEEL DISC COUPLING - TSCHAN POSIMIN

Between the steel hubs are stainless spring steel slats that withstand tensile loads. The couplings are used to transmit torques from 90 to 144,000 Nm and are built for speeds of 1,500 to 13,900 Nm.

STEEL DISC COUPLING - TSCHAN POSIMIN PHP

Stainless spring steel lamella packages that withstand tensile loads are mounted between the steel hubs. The couplings are used for torque transmissions from 2,550 to 110,000 Nm and are built for speeds of 3,700 to 11,000 Nm.

BEAR COUPLINGS - TSCHAN POSIFLEX

They are used to transmit torque from 50 to 580,000 rpm and are built for speeds of 1,800 to 5,500 rpm. The toothed part of the couplings is made as a straight gear with bombed flanks of the teeth, the material of the couplings is made of high-alloy steel.

BARREL COUPLINGS - TSCHAN TONNEN

The purpose of these couplings is to transmit torque to the winding drums in crane construction (articulated bearing). Coupling versions are built to transmit torques from 4,500 to 685,000 Nm and radial loads from 14.5 to 380 kN;

• the dimensions of the couplings are according to the SEB standard.
