The range of High Pressure Plunger Pumps in Specific Application-Versions offers a large selection of pumps in many different materials to specifically suit particular applications. Pumps can normally be fitted with special seals on request.

Speck-Triplex High Pressure Plunger Pumps Bentonite-Version are suitable for pumping clean water as well as for water containing bentonite in a concentration of max. 25 kg of bentonite diluted in 1m³ of water.

Speck-Triplex High Pressure Plunger Pumps CO2-Version in addition to classical filling of vessels with CO2 from tanks, pumps for circulating supercritical CO2 up to 300 bar input/output pressure are also available. Our pump compressor for gaseous and liquid CO2 can pump oil-free during the gas phase against a vessel pressure of up 70 bar (optimal CO2 recovery). Fields of application are bottle and vessel filling, CO2 jet cleaning, parts cleaning, textile cleaning, CO2-based fabric colouring, and extraction processes.

Speck-Triplex High Pressure Plunger Pumps Hot Water-Version are particularly suitable for pumping hot condensate into steam boilers and for use in various fields of process technology where medium is to be pumped at temperatures of up to 105°C .

Speck-Triplex High Pressure Plunger Pumps PUR Technology-Version are particularly suitable for pumping media such as polyol, isocyanate, Freon, pentane and catalysts used in the manufacture of polyurethane products (insulating materials, plastic panels, automobile components etc).
