NivoRadar® NR3100

The NivoRadar® 3100 enables continuous level measurement of bulk solids under all process conditions. The sensor with a plastic horn antenna offers an economical solution and delivers highly precise measurement results due to its narrow beam angle of only 3° in applications up to 80°C. With a measuring range of up to 120 meters, the sensor is a compatible solution for a wide range of applications in non-contact measurement technology.

 NivoRadar® NR3200

The NivoRadar® 3200 offers continuous level measurement of bulk solids under various process conditions. This compact radar sensor is equipped with an integrated antenna and a robust stainless steel threaded connection, making it ideal for applications with temperatures up to 250 °C. The NivoRadar® 3200 is perfectly suited for smaller process containers, even in hazardous areas, while ensuring reliable measurement results.

 

NivoRadar® NR3300

The NivoRadar® 3300 enables continuous level measurement of bulk solids under all process conditions. Equipped with a lens antenna and a stainless steel flange connection, this radar sensor delivers highly precise measurement results due to its narrow beam angle of only 3°, even at temperatures up to 250 °C. The adjustable flange allows for easy alignment in conical silo areas, ensuring the entire contents is reliably detected. Thanks to an integrated compressed air connection for cleaning the lens antenna, accurate level measurement can also be ensured in dusty environments.

NivoRadar® NR4100

The non-contact 80 GHz FMCW radar sensor NivoRadar® NR 4100 with a very narrow beam angle of 4° is used in various industrial applications in storage silos, process tanks and IBC containers or on stockpiles for continuous level measurement. The free-radiating level transmitter has a compact design with a 1" process connection (PVDF) and a measuring range of up to 30 m as well as a very fast response time. The radar sensors are food compliant, WHG-certified and suitable for use in hazardous areas. The radar level transmitters have a high dust protection class and can be used in abrasive bulk materials as well as materials prone to caking.

The NivoRadar® 8200 enables continuous level measurement of liquids under all process conditions, making it ideal for applications with temperatures up to 250 °C and pressures up to 40 bar. This compact radar sensor is equipped with an integrated antenna and a 3/4" stainless steel threaded connection. Its space-saving design makes the NivoRadar® 8200 particularly suitable for small process containers and environments with agitators.

NivoRadar® NR8400

The NivoRadar® 8400 enables continuous level measurement of liquids under a wide range of process conditions. Equipped with a PEEK antenna system and various hygienic connections, this radar sensor is the ideal solution for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The high surface quality of the parts in contact with the media prevents buildup and significantly simplifies cleaning. Additionally, the sensor can be optionally configured with a stainless steel housing to further meet hygienic requirements.

NivoRadar® NR8500

The NivoRadar® 8500 provides continuous level measurement of liquids, even under extreme process conditions. This radar sensor is equipped with a robust stainless steel horn antenna and is the ideal solution for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. Thanks to high-quality materials and reliable seals, the NivoRadar® 8500 operates precisely at temperatures up to 450 °C and pressures up to 160 bar. The narrow beam angle of only 3° ensures highly accurate measurement results even over longer distances.

NivoGuide® NG3100

NivoGuide® NG3100 belongs to the group of so called guided radars (TDR). It is used for continuous measurement of the level of bulk materials with a value Dk>1,5. The measuring range of the version with rod is up to 6 meters, and the steel rope version up to 75 meters.

NivoGuide® NG8100 & NG8200

NivoGuide® NG8100 & NG8200 belong to the group of so called guided radars (TDR). They are used for continuous measurement of level of liquids, pastes, foams and slurries with a value of Dk>1,6. The measuring range of the version with rod is up to 6 meters, and the steel rope version up to 75 meters.
