Light curtains - pick to light

|
Light curtains - pick to light enable control of taking components from boxes or shelves.
The integrated green and red LED lightning shows the user when he takes the right product during the process or maybe the wrong one. Pick to light curtains work on the principle of mirror-reflex performance. The transmitter and receiver are integrated in one housing at the same time and they require reflective glass for proper operation. This reflective glass is pre-installed on the back of the housing and reflects the light of the previous curtain.
- The curtain has a transparent light at the top, which is visible from all sides in a 360° circle
- The green light signals to the user which part must be used during the process
- Correct use is signaled via the display
- Incorrect use is signaled by a red lighting
- Setting is performed by pressing a button
- Output NO or NC can be set

These curtains work on the principle of a light barrier and consist of a receiver and a transmitter. The output provides information according to the number of interrupted beams between the receiver and the transmitter. The analog output converts this information into an output voltage.

- EB models have built-in signaling in transparent cover at the top, so that the signal is visible around 360°
- The integrated OLED display guarantees a user-friendly menu-driven configuration
- The setting can be done in a very simple way at the touch of a button and via the display on the OLED display or externally via the IO-Link interface
